Items include road closures, traffic rules, tolls, rewards, and public works like bridge repair, lamp maintenance, and animal cruelty penalties. Names such as SMITH and WALLS appear as officials. dates range from 187 to 1998 with scattered months and locations. many lines reference council actions and penalties for damage or trespass.
Notice from the Shire Secretary G Hill stating council office hours from ten to three on business days and warning that placing wire nuts or other obstructions across roads within the shire boundaries is forbidden and prosecutable. The notice is addressed to ratepayers and others in Edgbone.
Shire officers of Kowres announce strict enforcement under the Thistle Act and related ordinances. Affected parties must wear the prescribed lara and muster, with penalties for noncompliance. The notice also warns stock owners to register livestock by Monday 29th to avoid impoundment.
