The Shire of Dundas announces a meeting of the Bhim Council to be held at the Dundas Shire Council Chamber Hamilton on Thursday December 5 1918 at 10 30 in the forenoon. The purpose is to audit and settle accounts with the printed balance sheet available at the Council office for inspection by the parties.
Separate tenders invited for multiple works including concrete culvert and boundary road travel improvements. Tenders due 10:90 a.m. Thursday December 5 1918 addressed to the President of Dundas Shire Council at Hamilton.

The printed audited statement may be inspected by ratepayers at the Shire Office Penshurst during office hours.
The Shire of Minhamite council intends to levy a general rate based on net annual valuation for the period October 1 1918 to September 30 1919. The rate is to be due December 5 1918 and the estimate is available for public inspection at Hawkesdale Shire Offices.
