Public Health Board of Victoria imposes regulations requiring all ships handling brim milk or separated milk to clearly mark containers with the words MILK and SEPARATE MILK in legible black letters on a light ground. Violations carry penalties up to ten points or equivalent. Enforcement starts July 149 and notices announce further action by local authorities.
The secretary issues a notice requiring the owners of land belonging to the Bhira of Mount Bours to remove all seedlings and suckers from the bedgs fence. The order applies to any road within the Shire and must be complied with within a reasonable time from the date of this notice.
The Health Department bans domestic use of water from Apeing Creek from the creek mouth to the shire boundary. Any person using or taking water for human consumption faces penalties up to five pounds per day. Landowners on Arresta and nearby towns must remove overhanging branches within a specified period.

The Victoria Board of Public Health issues regulations under the Health Acts to secure cleanliness and freedom from contamination of bread and meat. No person or employee may sell or transport bread or meat that has been returned, or use waste paper or tools that contact food. The regulations take effect September 1, 104 and violators face penalties up to ten pounds. Dated Melbourne July 1908.

Hill, Shire Secretary, dated September 3, 1714, states that premises used for calving or confinement must be registered as a private hospital. otherwise, such premises are not recognized. The fragment emphasizes registration as a legal condition for private hospital status.
