A patchwork of early 20th century notices covers steamship fares to London and Durban, bylaw enforcement on public health, food purity rules, bridge weight limits, and an extraordinary election in Chatsworth. Names include J. Bandereson, D. Walls, H. Smith, and local shire officials. The document also notes wireless telegraphy on ships and regulatory details for milk, bread, and meat handling.
Notice under Act 198 declares Spring Creek water unusable for domestic use from Penaworst Street to Shire boundary. Public Health Department orders no use for consumption. penalties up to five pounds per day for violations. Also notice to traction engine owners in Penshurst area imposing written route notices after May 1 1914.
Notice to cyclists on footpaths in the town area is prohibited with penalties for offenders. Also beware that when paying rates by cheque to the Kowree Water Works Trust the cheque must not include the rates due. rates must be paid separately.
Barred wire restrictions are described for Apsley and neighboring townships including Goroke Edenhope Gymbowen Minimay Toolomia and Womboota within one mile of defined boundaries. Applications to use barbed wire must specify allotments and fence positions as required by council for permission.
Stine of Kowree notified that inspectors have issued instructions under the Dog Act for dog registration and collar wearing with owners names, free of charge. Violations will be dealt with under Section 14. The Thistle Act addresses Brinkwort Star and Fathurst thistles destruction. The Wee Honore and the Council Chambers in Edendooe open daily from 10 am to 3 pm for meetings.
Tenders for several road and bridge works in the Shire of Edenhope are invited by February 28 1914. Contracts cover chains of sheeting construction and stone invert works on roads around Fidenhope Apsley Finnigan and Narra courtie with plats and specs at local stores. The Shire of Kowres informs residents that Opparatus and instructions for snake bite treatment, per the Board of Public Health, are available at listed schools and residences across multiple localities. Applications to the secretary cost 1 each, per H. G. Atll Shire Secretary.
The Shire of Kowrea orders immediate reporting by medical practitioners and birth death registrars of diseases including Typhoid Fever Scarlet Fever Diphtheria Pulmonary Tuberculosis and related illnesses. It requires head teachers to report any incidence at schools and housing in the area to authorities.
Bonds of one percent for Sparrow Heads and one percent for Sparrow Pasa will be issued by the Shire if many are procured within its boundaries. The bond will be paid on delivery by a councillor and the secretary is authorized to act.

Shire of Minhamite publishes a registration notice for Stoun in the South East and 90th Ba Rid district. The notice names J Alan Autry Geereterts and declares that on or after Monday July 29, a local register will be closed. David K Bailie of Hawke is appointed Kanges for the Hagtare Division. The Shire of Minhomite announces that the Shire Secretary will attend the Office at Macarthur on Thursday after the ordinary monthly meetings of the Council. Allan, Shire deere, is also noted in the schedule.
Shire of Minhamita warns stock owners in West Riding that any beasts found wandering on roads or reserves under Council control will be impounded by the Ranger. Ratepayers are asked to display the Council badge on their animals as directed by Shire Secretary W. J. Allan.
