A historical steeplechase meeting lists Handicap Trials of about wig furlongs with no wins, the Nun teer Steeplechase about two miles, and the Great Western Steeple Chase about three miles. There are also Dle Race and Publicans purse races, with nominations and acceptances, penalties for past winners, and travel allowances for horses from Melbourne.
