Proceedings of the Guyra A. and H. Association meeting
The 20 1922 Guyra A and H Association held a monthly meeting with presiding officer Prenat Mosare Baroy and a list of attendees including A and Don Cameron Clark Corti Greso King D A, Jackwoo Hopkins Piper J T Mulligan P B Stevenson John Youaian Dr Harris and the Secretary PN Stevenson. Apologies were read from Danton Samuel Kully and B J Broynoson. Officers confirmed the previous minutes and discussed rights of marriage, ground occupancies, and a tender by J Allocds. The president noted general show ball results and praised Mev and Dr J J Harris for their work. A motion to appoint Mee and Dr Harris to association membership passed. Dr Harris stated actions were in the association’s interests, not personal retribution. Letters of thanks were proposed to Miss Campbell for decoration and to those who helped with exhibits and buildings. Several accounts were approved for payment. The next committee meeting is Wednesday November 30 at 11.6. This concluded the business of the meeting.
