Indecent Behaviour Fined at Guyra Court
At Guyra Court of Petty Sessions on Tuesday Clive Piper was fined £1 and ordered to pay 8 costs on a charge of indecent behaviour. The offence occurred in a lane off Bradley Street as people passed by. The elderly defendant pleaded guilty and stated he had no recollection of the offense.
