On Monday November 22 in Guyra Police Court John K Snape pleaded guilty to failing to renew a motor vehicle license. He was fined 21 with costs. Plaintiffs RK Hall & Son Lol J Battaglini claimed 40 pounds. Adjournment requested by defendants and granted to next court on 13/1.
Michael Joseph Leahy is accused of unlawfully assaulting Frederck Wally at Tubbamurra on November 5.
