Appeal Against Conviction Heard in Armidale Court
In Armidale Quarter Sessions Judge Storkey heard John Alexander William Hugh Edgar appeal his conviction for negligent driving in a Guyra Court of Petty Sessions. The collision with Malford Bath occurred at Falconer Starr Malpins streets Guyra on February 14. The judge found the Magistrate correct and accepted Drew’s evidence on the collision point.
