Minimum Reserve Price for Wool Sets Auction Outlook
The minimum reserve price is 18 15d per lb for this season's Australian clip, with a 5 percent charge yielding about 17d. Shorter wools may fetch slightly less. About 80 percent of returns are expected higher than four year appraisals. Strong demand and regular ship flow are anticipated to sustain auctions. The next wool auctions open in September.
