Elections set for January with six council seats to fill two per ward. Nominations close January twelve at six o clock p m at the shire clerk’s office with public announcement of nominees at noon on nomination day.
A note from Arthur W. Everett asks electors to reelect him to the B Riding council. He claims to have visited centres, shared views on shire matters, and acted to the satisfaction of ratepayers who attended meetings. Local Land Board announces an inquiry into Travelling ae sari oan ing No 5 Lagune, with heliographs shown in Armidale and Guyra.
On Saturday February 4, together with A A Brown and Co, the entire Ford portion at Goyre and Llangohlin will be offered. Full particulars to follow in the issue.

On Sunday eight Mr H E Taylor, Assistant to Rev Yoates, preached a farewell sermon to a crowded congregation at St James Church. He reviewed St Paul’s early persecution and later conversion, tying the message to Christian faith.
