A committee of the Guyra P. A. and H. Association met at A. A. Brown and Co's office on Saturday. President A. W. Everett presided. several members attended while W. O. Cregan and D. F. Stewart were absent. Minutes from the 20 November meeting were read and confirmed. The committee discussed concessions for a full horse box from Singleton, authorizing no concession and explaining a free return voyage with naval railway certificate. Prizes were proposed for cattle drafting and steers. trotting track registration was approved. Tomkins of Whoretone was invited to be horse judge. The Anvool Ball was abandoned due to low interest, and a grounds-improvement plan was outlined.
