Victory Loan Slogan Urges Personal Investment in War Bonds
An editorial urges Australians to view the Third Victory Loan of 100 million pounds as a personal obligation. It critiques passive non-subscribers and notes campaigns rely on incentives, warning that failure could shift costs to taxation or debt. It cites W A Roberts on lower taxes with more lending and defends bonds as safer, high return investments backed by national resources.
