Attempted death case at Armidale Court
Alfred Hicks aged 19 pleaded guilty at Armidale Court of Petty Sessions to attempting to commit death by his own action at Guyra on March 20. He told police he had taken poison after trouble with a girl, was discharged on a £20 recognisance to be of good behaviour for 12 months.
