Baldwin Works Chief Warns of Tariff Ruin for U S Industry
Vice President Sameer D. Vanelain of Baldwin Locomotive Works told the Master Holler Makers and Roller Makers Association on May 28 that the Wilcott tariff has slowed U S industry. He noted reduced staff and a shift in labor and trade policy could hurt industrial growth.
