Under Le W A Turf Club rules and Northam Race Club bylaws, winners may be re handicappped after weights. Nominations must be with the secretary or authorized appointees by March 5 1919. Weights declared around March 19 with final acceptances due March 24. Scratched horses may be agated nominators liable. Committee may refuse nominations. Registered bookmakers may bet five to four and five to one.
