Weather Prophet Predicts Australian Seasons to 1930
Birkenheal New Zealand meteor expert Mr Clement Wragge in 1915 forecast Australian rainfall trends through 1930. He cautions early years under average rainfall with intervening rains, rising after mid 1915, peaking 1916–1920, then gradual decline after 1920, and a final poor period around 1924–1930. Wragge cites lunar tides and planetary perturbations as influencing factors.
