Perkeo Breeding Lines Explored by Irish Thoroughbred Expert
A letter to the editor analyzes Perkeo’s bloodlines focusing on tail-male and dam lines. It traces Birdcatcher and Stockwell ancestry, notes Bathilde’s influence through Splendour, and discusses inbreeding concepts as a reason for Perkeo’s traits. The writer argues Perkeo reflects Birdcatcher characteristics and suggests testing mares for Birdcatcher infusion.
