Baker's Hill Tragedy Inquest on Mann Body Continues
The adjourned inquest into the death of Thomas Edward Mann, fatally shot at Baker's Hill on July 29 by George Gwynne, was continued at Northam Police Court before Mr W D Cowan. Witnesses described the scene, light, and actions at the house, with the post mortem report noting a gunshot wound to the stomach and death by hemorrhage. The inquiry adjourned until 10 am.
