Notice to creditors in Connacher estate case
The Supreme Court of British Columbia orders creditors of Henry Connacher late of Golden District Kaslo hotel keeper to file letters of claim by April 1895. Creditors must present accounts and securities to A G M Sprague in the District of Kootenay or be barred from the order benefits. A James Ferguson Armstrong, County Court Referee, will adjudicate accounts on the scheduled date at the Don Court House.
