Notice of Creditor Claims in Connacher vs Pither Suit

The Supreme Court of British Columbia orders creditors of Henry Conher late of Golden District Kootenay hotel keeper to send by April 1896 letters of claim and securities to A G M Sprague Donald solicitor for Stevens Connucher executor. The referee James Ferguson Armstrong will adjudicate accounts at the Donald County Court on April 8 1890.
