A Farewell Supper and Local Excursions Noted

New Westminster notes the arrest of Locksley Hall Lucas on charges tied to a February seduction and a later noxious drug act, bail denied, to stand trial. Lucas, once an anti-Chinese agitator and Delta riding campaign speaker, pleads not guilty.
