A Farewell Supper and Local Excursions Noted

The Donald Gun Club hosted 27 guests with a festive table by Mrs. Nellis and a toast to Cummins and Sheriff Redgrave. Also announced were Windermere Race Excursion and a Shooting Excursion to Adela aboard the S.S. Duchess, limited to 20 participants with a $15 round trip fare. New Westminster notes the arrest of Locksley Hall Lucas on charges tied to a February seduction and a later noxious drug act, bail denied, to stand trial. Lucas, once an anti-Chinese agitator and Delta riding campaign speaker, pleads not guilty.
