Austerity Loan Bonds Offer For Conversion

Austerity Loan Bonds are issued at 10 pounds each with no purchase limit and payable in multiples of 10. Two types exist: redeemable 1958 at 31 percent annual, and redeemable 1947 at 21 percent. Loan closes December 15, 1942. holders of Australian 3% Inscribed Stock maturing December 15, 1942 are invited to convert to Austerity Bonds or Stock.
