Potato Jones and Dunkirk Heroic Evacuation Tale

The 67 year old ship captain known as Potato Jones helped evacuate Dunkirk while General Franco’s blockade was challenged. A soldier recalled scrambling aboard his ship and hauling a hawser as BEF crewmen manned the gun against German dive bombers. The old captain reportedly resisted amateur work aboard. Mehmed Ozkhan, at 11, nears 7 ft 7 in last year and now stands 7 ft 10 in with 28 stone 6 pounds, feet 20 inches, a six mile per hour pace, and plans to exhibit rather than box.
