Poultry Expert Demonstrates Cleaning Skill at Wollongbar Yield Day
Meg F Hart of New South Wales impressed Junior Farmers Yield day crowds at Wollongbar with a rapid poultry cleaning demonstration. He handled White Leghorn birds in seconds using the medium pluck, noting a brief miss cost a second or two but still performing below his own peak. He downplayed being a world heater, contrasting his pace with Sydney poulterers who clean two birds in the time he takes one.
