Accused in arson case at Taree Quarter Sessions
Augustus Smith failed to answer when called at Taree Quarter Sessions on Tuesday charged with allegedly setting fire to the Star Theatre Gloucester on November 22. His arraignment earlier in March failed to produce a guilty verdict, and he was remanded on bail with reporting conditions.
