Road offence at Barington Street crest fined 12 pounds
Frederick A Watson Thomas was fined 12 pounds with 12 costs by Mr A D Tyler OM Police prosecutor for crossing a double centre line near the crest of the hill at Barington Street. The officer warned it was a very dangerous practice and Watson claimed he did not know of the double line.

Gilbert, recharged with fraudulent appropriation of a bullock valued at £10 owned by Somerset Andrews, faced Gloucester Court of Petty Sessions after initial charges in 1933.
