Apsley Shire road expenditure discussed at council
The Shires Association conference in Sydney is set for May 22. Gloucester Council’s representative was appointed. Apsley Shire may allot £45 if this Council spends £30 on Myall Road, with supervision by this Council. Debate over Allardice's road funding, Giro linkage, and drainage near Otton’s to Brassingon’s continues amid money shortages. A request for deviation at Little Manning crossings is noted, but no funds exist. A street light request for Manning Street is deferred pending cost clarification. Copeland Cobark road repairs are urged after storm damage. the matter is sent to the Engineer and Works Committee.
