Crib Tournament At Glenboro Legion Club
The Glenboro Branch of the Canadian Legion hosted a cribbage tournament in the Rink Club Room on November Lith. Fourteen tables were filled. Allan Johnston and Nelda Moon won by going eight straight wins. Dan McKay and Frank Presunka each lost eight games. The Ladies Auxiliary served lunch.

Remembrance Day Service Held in Glenboro Churches
Remembrance Day services were held at Glenboro Lutheran Church on Saturday November 11 conducted by Pastor E. Sigmar. Mr. F. C. Beech read scripture and Rev. W.R. Donagh of the United Church led the sermon. A joint chair of the Glenboro Lutheran and United Churches sang the Anthem A Song of Peace.
