Souris Valley School Board Minutes Report May 28 1997
The Souris Valley School Division held a regular board meeting on May 28 1997. Revisions to Policy GT Parental Involvement were approved. Accounts of 40711.07 were ratified. Sandra Williams volunteered to greet graduates. Gary Einarson discussed graduation requirements and new M designation guidelines for 1998. Lloyd Paulson reported on NTV tower tax status and Hartney School roof tender progress. An appreciation evening is set for June 12 at the Souris Golf Course. A committee discussed a Prairie Skills partnership and HRDC funding. Trustees reported on the May 27 parent council meeting addressing drug abuse. A reply to Wawanesa community concerns was authorized. The meeting adjourned at 9 56 p.m.
