Celtic program aims to unite Manitoba child services
The Celtic effort in Manitoba seeks to replace fragmented child services with a total community approach. An advisory board of 60, regional task forces, and four sub committees drive reforms across training delivery and regional organization. The Glenboro CELDJ meeting on June 14 will feature Louisa Loeb, Brandon University, inviting regional participation.
