Glenboro CDC Executive Meeting Minutes May 27 2002
The Glenboro Community Development Corporation met in the R.M. of South Cypress on May 27 2002 at 7 30 p m. Present were Ernestine Lepke Earl Malyon Les Anderson Darren Myers Joan Neale Cliff Cullen Bob Jewsbury and Sharon Hamilton. A motion to adopt the minutes as printed and to adopt the treasurer's report was carried. The report showed a chequing balance of 4462 50 and savings 3540 09 with two terms of 1094 11 each. Numerous committee reports covered theatre renovations funding needs and upcoming events including a trail opening in July and a grand opening for TCT projects. The next meeting is scheduled for June 17 2002 at 7 30 p m.
