He had emptied the tank, flushed it with water, and ran water through it for an hour before welding. A Marthaguy Creek bridge on the Gilgandra Dubbo Road is under let and due for completion before winter. Tender calls for Ebberah Bridge on the same road will replace a long derelict structure. A Breelong Creek bridge on the Gilgandra Mendoran Road is expected in February, with council funding its share.
