Geraldton Branch Meeting of the Ambulance Association
Geraldton Branch of the John Ambulance Association met in the Council Chamber on a Wednesday evening. Present were Mollin Shear Bile, Sinpeon, Sompoom, Sampson, and secretary Nemcarrow with several absentees noted. Donations from Dr Collins Drew White and Mrs Vinen plus the Mayor funded expenses. Twelve boy scouts passed a first aid exam with high praise. A home nursing class was formed under Solin and G Shearing to begin August 14 at the Guistes Hall, led by Nancarrow who also to purchase materials. A life membership certificate honored E Nancarrow for notable service. Correspondence from district residents praised ambulance work.
