Elizabeth Carey In the Allen Circuit Court —State of Indiana. vs. John Shurick, David Tagtmeyer et al. , By virtue of an execution vendi exporia, to me directed and delivered by the Clerk of said Court, in the above entitled cause, I have levied upon and will expose for sale by public auction, at the Court House door, in Allen county, between the hours of land 4 o’clock ?, M., of the 22d day of August, 1874, the rents and profits, for a term not to exceed seven years, of the following described premises, viz: The east half of lot number one (1), in block number five (5), in wing's addition to the city of Fort Wayne, Alleo county, Indiana. And, on failure to realize therefrom the full amount of the judgement, interest thereon, and costs, I will at the same time, and in the manner aforesaid, after for sale the fee simple of the above described premises.
