Warsaw reports that Poland faces factions and disorder but aims to secure free executive power under the King and his Council. A plan to codify laws, led by Count Zamoyski, was approved by the Diet, drawing repeated applause as the King outlined the immense reform.
Oct 16 ships and crews noted sailings and arrivals at multiple ports.
