A loyal subject relates that a treasonous letter addressed to the Lord Mayor was dropped at the Royal Exchange around noon Thursday, picked up by Mr. Thomas Hyam in the sight of several gentlemen, and delivered to Baker's coffee house. It was then taken to Alderman Halifax and forwarded to Alderman Treco thick at Merchant Tayl or's hall for submission to the Lord Mayor.
