Count Colowrat, son in law of Prince Keventuller, is named Chancellor of Bohemia under Count Halzfeld in a political reshuffle. The move elevates Colowrat within the court hierarchy as Halzfeld consolidates power amid ongoing regional tensions.
A light dragoons serjeant, marching a party from Shrewsbury to this town, was struck by a driven horse at a street corner. He fell, sustained a groin injury, and died next morning.
