Levees and Drawings Rooms at St James and Prince of Wales
From the London Gazette the Lord Chamberlain announces weekly levees on Wednesdays and Fridays and a drawing room on Thursdays at St James's until further order. The Prince of Wales will hold a levee on February 28 at two o'clock, and every fortnight during Parliament. Also notices of promotions and purchases in various regiments including the Dragoon Guards Foot regiments and New South Wales Corps with officers appointed or promoted by purchase and other exchanges.

War Commission Orders Officer Wages and Regiment Ration
Warsaw reports the War Commission has orders to pay newly created officers from this month. Infantry regiments will be divided into eight companies each, Crown artillery will number fourteen batteries, and Grand Duchy of Lithuania artillery seven. Revenue from the Cracow bishopric estates totals 300,000 florins after all expenses, including the bishop’s pension of 103,000 florins.
