Reports from impartial correspondents dispute rumors of a Prussian king wrecking Dantzick and Vistula trade. The piece claims the king seeks to regulate commerce to profit all, restricting locals to smaller margins while allowing foreigners to buy from first hands with a five percent duty, promising trade to rebound once port rights are settled.
