An advertisement touts a new ornamental printing press with improvements claimed to exceed prior designs. It notes sale by R Hepwood, at Crown Court near St Ann's, Soho, London, with demonstrations in public shop and availability of printing types, composing sticks, ink, and related tools.

Three lots include a freehold estate portion with fishery dwelling houses outbuildings orchard garden and grounds near Windsor Maidenhead and Bray.
