F W G Haultain appeals to electors of Macleod April 29 1902 to renew confidence in his fifteen year record in the Legislative Assembly of the Territories. He outlines the push for provincial status to address growing revenues and governance while preserving territorial rights. He lists four core demands: equal rights with other provinces public domain control west west and railway taxation.
