Government neglect of public hospitals draws letter
Sir, after years of office the Government should not postpone the crucial issue of properly maintaining public hospitals. While poverty is cited, funds are spent on commissions for minor questions. Our hospital patients suffer as health demands go unmet. Public sympathy and hospital committees oppose this indifference, yet Parliament offers only excuses. Yours sincerely, Robert H.
