Visit of Ambulance Representatives Details Meeting
A very successful meeting of the coayong cultural bureau was held at the home of Mr and Mrs Woo Hocking on Monday evening. Attendance was good and several members of the Lapertance group were present. Messrs Toole and Toole introduced the ambulance representatives to the artistic bureau at Orangebalra on the 22nd August. Guest speakers were Mr A. J. Wheeler superintendent and Mr Simpson treasurer of Forbes Ambulance committees. Wheeler gave a very interesting address on firefold. Simpson spoke of benefits to country people from Forbes Ambulance. The evening ended with a tasty supper served by the hosts.
