Shooting on Cadow land Leads to Court Hearing
Thomas Lozell and Francia Keinke faced Forbes Court on Tuesday charged with entering enclosed Cadow land owned by John J Leahy. Prosecution said they were on the fenced land near the Forbes Condobolin road on February 24, denying consent. Complainant absent. case adjourned with Lozell defending that land is not enclosed and contains a public unfenced road.
