At Eugowra Police Court on Wednesday before Mr W Bromhead two men faced charges of stealing timber from Mandagery between February 1 and March 4 1637. Ernest Parker and John Eldridge were committed for trial and will appear at Forbes Quarter Sessions on July 7. A plea of not guilty was entered through their advocate. Prosecutor noted timber valued at a portion of 120 pine trows belonging to Bertram S Walker of Mundagery.
