Alvis 1500 cc front wheel drive racing car unveiled
A new British racing car from Alvis Car and Engineering Co Ltd England features a front wheel driven 1500 cc engine with Roots charger delivering about 100 hp. The chassis by Capt. G Smith Clarke places drive to the front with a rear starting handle, light weight using duvalmin frame, and front axle suspension. The car aims at climbs and short races with unique front drivetrain and centralized components.
