Verbal clash over power plant funding at Forbes council hearing
A heated session at Forbes Court House last Tuesday centered on a proposal to raise 22,500 to acquire the steam electricity generating plant at the power house. Commissioner Wylie clashed with Council and Skittrall representatives over cross examination and the incomplete Jeffrey report, adjourned to a date to be set.
