William Kelly a well known One Porbea district worker at Carrawobitty Station died December 22 in Crombie private hospital after a three month illness. Born in Yes, he came to Forbes as a youngster, worked loyally at Carrawobitty until retirement. Survived by wife and six sons four daughters, the couple celebrated a golden wedding six months ago at Currawobitty. The funeral was to be held December 23 at the Catholic portion of the Lowemas cemetery with Rev. Father Maher officiating.
