Mulcahy Found Not Guilty In Forbes Film Case
The Forbes Quarter Session opened with the Mulcahy case. Phillip Thomas Mulcahy was acquitted of stealing four digraph films owned by Grime. Brock had schemes to monopolize Forbes showings, but Mulcahy claimed he acted under pressure and had no intent to steal or damage films.
